Dr Kai Yang Chen

Professional Membership: Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrist, Australia Medical Association

Kai is the director of FlexiMinds. He works as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Townsville Hospital and Health Service. Kai is also an adjunct lecturer at James Cook University and often teaches medical students and psychiatric trainees.

Prior to completing his medical degree, Kai worked as a motivational coach and had extensive experiences in providing tailored courses to schools and organizations. He is experienced in multiple forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy.

His passion is in neurosciences, teaching, and helping others improve.
