B.Psych, Grad Cert Forensic Mental Health
Caitlin is a psychologist, guilty Netflix binger, exhausted swimmer, and enthusiastic dog lover. She has experience working in both youth and adult mental health services; including private psychiatric hospitals, to roles with QLD Health and community organisations.
Currently, Caitlin works as a Mental Health Clinician at the Townsville Hospital and Health Service. As an early-career psychologist, she approaches her work with zest and enthusiasm and is eager to watch the continued development of mental health treatment in Australia.
In her practice, Caitlin is trained in various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and positive psychology.
As an Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, Caitlin is passionate about reducing stigma and determined to educate others about how they can assist someone who might be struggling with their mental health.
