No. We do not provide Medicare-related services such as psychiatric or mental health consultations. However, we provide courses, coaching and consulting for individuals who may have healthcare-related goals. Talk to us to find out more details about your needs.

Yes. Within our capabilities and knowledge. Talk to us to discuss details like course contents, number of participants, duration of course, venue, catering and budget.

You can start by gathering individuals with similar goals and mindset. Group composition may affect your coaching experience. Talk among your group for possible time for coaching. We are happy to discuss and assist with forming your coaching group.

For our standard courses:

If the cancellation occurs one month prior to the course commencement date, you will get full refund. If the cancellation occurs two weeks prior, you will only get 50% refund. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs less than two week prior to course commencement. This is due to costs incurred (eg. venue, equipment, catering etc) and lack of time to seek another participant.

For courses made on special request:

If the cancellation occurs one month prior to the course commencement date, you will get 25% refund. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs less than one month prior. This is due to costs incurred in preparation for the cost (eg, venue, time to prepare for course contents, equipment hire etc).
