• FlexiMinds is founded by a group of enthusiastic healthcare professionals, based in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. We wanted to make a difference in people with our skills by providing courses, coaching and consulting.
• We believe that most of our problems come from a non-adaptive mind. The same strengths that were helpful in the past, may ironically hinder us now. Staying the same course often bring suffering and pain.
• By being flexible and investing in ourselves, we could be better and bring peace to our lives.

• We specialize in bringing courses that enrich and bring improvements to lives. We use tested behavioural-based approaches and advanced neurosciences, often utilized in psychology and psychiatry, to bring a fresh perspective to our clients.
• We also provide coaching and consulting for individuals, groups and businesses.
• We are not a clinical entity but would be happy to point the right direction if you need mental health assistance.
