Be a Certified Mental Health First Aider!
Two day course with our psychologist, Caitlin Duffy. Learn to provide help to someone who:
- is developing a mental health problem (depression, anxiety, psychosis, substance use)
- has a worsening existing mental health problem
- is in a mental health crisis (self-harm, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks, traumatic events, severe effects of alcohol and drug use, severe psychotic states, aggressive behavior)
Please note that the venue is in the city and parking is limited. Please allocate time for parking to avoid last minute rush.
